Trash to Treasure (extended)

When it is time to take out the trash, those living in the Parkgata complex truck it on down to this room downstairs where there are various dumpsters available for garbage and recyclables. Last night in this room I found a treasure! Standing against one wall was this abandoned white shelf:

I have been looking to buys something to put our shoes on for a long time, and this fits the bill perfectly. It even matches the rest of what we have going on in the kitchen (white cupboards)! AND....the price was right! ;)

I also created a virtual tour of our apartment! I haven't tried to take video for a long time, and it turns out that the video function is a bit off. The sound lags behind the picture for whatever reason so the end of the video cuts off. But the tour was over anyway...you just missed a couple more seconds of me yapping my trap, so no big loss there! Enjoy--hope it tides you over until you can come over and see it in person. ;)
