Meet my Swedish pal Malin (crouching on the chicken's left wing) that lives in Hamar just for the summer! She comes to Norway for a few months, works a ton and then travels the world for a couple months afterwards. Pretty sweet deal, right? It's been wonderful having her back--I have missed her a ton!
The weather had just started getting nice when hopped the train and enjoyed a fairly decent spring day wandering around downtown Lillehammer.
We drank coffee, shopped, ate lunch...
Took goofy pictures...
...and even made it down to lakeside to check out Lillehammer's take on Mjøsa.
It was a perfect girls' day out.
