Who's the boss?

Remember that TV show from the eighties\early nineties? Ha! Classic!

But the answer to the question this time is not Tony Danza friends; the answer is ME! :)

My current boss is opening a new restaurant in Hamar and has named me daglig leder or restaurant manager! So from here on out I basically have even less of a life than I did before! Yay!

But seriously, all ironies aside---super exciting. I get to run a place that will feel like my own in many ways without having the pressure of actually being the owner. I have yearned for more responsibility for a long time. I am anxious\spent\nervous+super excited as I am sure you can imagine.

I actually think the entire town is excited for this place to open. Or at least they should be! In my opinion it's exactly the kind of place Hamar needs! Something between a cafe and a bar, between fine dining and fast food and in the best thinkable location in town! Herregud som jeg gleder meg!

I also have to add, ... I would have never EVER guessed that I would have moved to Norway, bought a condo, found the love of my life and become a restaurant manager before I turned 25. It's a good thing I didn't try to follow any of my life "plans" and just went with my gut I do suppose...
